Prayer is very important to the family of Friendship Baptist. It is one of the great privileges of Christians that we can take our concerns, our sorrows, and our thanksgivings to the living God.

I am requesting a prayer for my family that we can get on the right road to living for Jesus. I have had many struggles with substance abuse and want so much to stop. I can't go to rehab because I have noone to take care of my kids if I were to go. I need for the Lord to just help me as I attempt to help myself. The only way out of my deep depression is to rid myself of this demon that haunts me every day. |

Please keep in your prayers my mother, Ginger, who was just deployed to Kuwait for a year with the Army reserves. Also for my cousin Ben who is currently in Afghanistan fighting for our country, and who found out his mission has just been prolonged. |
