Are you looking for something special? Friendly People? Purpose in Life? A Relationship with Jesus?

Located in the heart of Chesterfield County, Friendship Baptist Church is a Bible believing body of followers of Jesus Christ. We desire to develop believers who are involved in (F) fellowship/worship, who are (B) becoming more Christ-like, and who (C) communicate God's love to each other and to our community.
We offer a wide variety of opportunities aimed at proclaiming, teaching, equipping, and developing believers of all ages in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our purpose is to advance the cause of Christ and to nurture our members and our community through a well-rounded program of worship, Bible study, prayer, and family ministry.
Truly, our church family is being blessed by God in an exciting and moving way. This is such an exciting time at FBC and we would love for you to be a part of it.
If you do not have an active membership in a local church, it would be an honor to have you as our guest—and even more so to have you as part of our church family.
So join us at any of services or Bible studies and you too can be a part of something special. Friendship is more than a name—it is who we are. Join us.
Where we came from
Friendship is a friendly church that makes a special effort to live up to its name. We were founded October 5, 1952 and moved from Logandale Avenue to our present location in February, 1983. We are part of the family of churches that make up the Southern Baptist Convention.
Where we are heading
The future is exciting at Friendship. As Chesterfield County continues to grow, Friendship is in the very heart of it all.
Our pastor joined us in the Summer of 2005 and brings an exciting passion for God’s Word and building relationships in the family of God.
We are building on a rich heritage and have a passion for the future. We want to impact lives today with the love of Christ as we follow God’s lead into the future.
